1. All rates quoted on the page are in US Currency and net inclusive of Government tax & Service Charge and not commissionable.
2. All rate quoted on the page are subject to change without notice and strictly valid when the booking is made via alambalitour only
3. All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
1. If the booking cancellation is made within 3 days before the service date, 50% of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee.
2. If the booking is made within 1 day before the service date up to no show, a full (100%) charge will be applied as a cancellation fee
3. This cancellation policy is valid for individual booking and not valid for group booking. The cancellation policy for group booking will be advised on the confirmation made
Method of Payment
Payment can be made through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com). Payment through PayPal is very easy, quick and safe. You do not need to expose your credit card details to merchant like us.
1. Once you submit the booking request correctly, our team will process your booking and get you back with further confirmation.
2. Your booking confirmation is based on availability bases and our teams will response your booking request within 24 hours and incase of circumstances, it might be extended.
3. The payment can be settled once you have received our confirmation.
4. To secure your booking, the payment must made by the latest of deadline date issued by our team on your booking confirmation otherwise it will be released automatically from our system and your booking will be subject to availability bases.
